Five golden rules to healthy skin
These simply rules form the foundation of every good skin care regime:
1. Exfoliate your skin
Sad but true, cell turnover starts to slow down after you reach 30, which can leave your skin dull, so it's key to exfoliate regularly. Get regular skin peels
to maintain vibrant, glowing smooth skin.
2. Use sun protection
Sun damage plays the greatest role in the appearance of ageing as it directly leads to freckles, sun spots, pigmentation and wrinkles.
