Who is not suitable for CryoPen?

Cryosurgery should not be used in the following situations:

  • Treating Milia
  • Uncertain diagnoses or malignant skin lesions
  • In the distal extremities (think fingers and toes) of people with the following conditions
    • Raynaud’s Syndrome
    • Peripheral vascular disease
    • Peripheral neuropathy
  • Periungual lesions (underneath the nail)
  • Patients diagnosed with cardiac disease
  • Patients diagnosed with skin cancer
  • Open wounds present in the treatment area
