Support Hours
We aim to respond within 6 hours during clinic opening hours, which are:
- Mon to Tue: 10am to 6pm
- Wed to Thu: 10am to 7pm
- Fri: 10am to 5pm
- Every other Sat: 10am to 5pm
Medical emergencies: call 999. For urgent but non-emergency medical advice, call NHS 111.
How to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Plans change - we understand. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice, so we can offer your appointment to another patient.
If you booked online, use your confirmation link to cancel. Short on time? Text us your cancellation. For rescheduling, our AI ChatBot can help.
What facilities are availbable?
Relax in our comfortable reception with complimentary refreshments, free Wi-Fi, and gender-neutral toilets.
Accessibility: Our building has entrance steps. If you use a wheelchair or need assistance, please let us know in advance so we can set up portable ramps. Toilets are on the lower-ground floor and accessed by stairs, so they are not wheelchair accessible.
Pets: In line with Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) regulations, pets are not permitted, except trained assistance dogs.
How to find the Edinburgh Clinic
We recommend using Google or Apple maps to plan your trip:
- Train: Nearest train station is Haymarket - 7 minute walk.
- Tram: Get off at West End - 2 minute walk.
- Bus: Many Lothian buses stop at Shandwick Place - 2 minute walk.
- Car: Limited on street parking (use Ringo App to pay), and your car must meet Low Emission Zone standards.
- Cycle Paths: We recommend Edinburgh Cycle Routes.
