One of the things I love most about the Préime DermaFacial is that it is not just a facial in the traditional sense. It is a treatment platform that combines several technologies in one session, with each handpiece playing a very specific role in improving skin health, skin quality and overall radiance.
Rather than relying on a single step, Préime is most effective when used as "treatment stacking". Préime Ultimate begins by deeply cleansing and preparing the skin, then moves on to exfoliation, contouring, firming and infusion. The result is your skin looks fresher, smoother, brighter and more hydrated, with each stage building on the one before it.
Understanding what each handpiece does makes it much easier to see why this treatment feels so comprehensive.
AquaB: the deep cleanse and reset
AquaB is where the treatment begins. This handpiece is designed to cleanse the skin thoroughly while helping to remove surface debris, excess oil and impurities. At the same time, it delivers hydration, so the skin feels refreshed rather than stripped.
This is such an important first step because skin responds best when it has been properly prepared. When congestion, oil and dull surface build-up are removed, the complexion immediately starts to look cleaner and fresher. It also means the following stages of the treatment can work more effectively.
AquaB is particularly useful when the skin is feeling heavy, tired, congested or rough in texture. It gives that “clean slate” feeling which is often the difference between skin that simply looks washed and skin that looks genuinely revitalised.
VibroX: the brightening and refining step
VibroX focuses on exfoliation and skin renewal. This handpiece helps to lift away dull, dead skin cells from the surface while also supporting improved skin tone and texture. It is one of the stages that often gives the skin a more polished, luminous appearance.
When the surface of the skin is uneven, rough or lacking radiance, light does not reflect as beautifully. Once that build-up is reduced, the skin can appear smoother and brighter almost immediately. This is why VibroX is such an effective step for skin that feels lacklustre or looks as though it has lost its glow.
It is also an excellent option for those who feel their makeup is not sitting as well as it used to, or whose skin has started to look a little more textured over time. There is a noticeable refinement after this stage, and it helps create that healthier, more even-looking finish.
MicroT: the natural lift
MicroT is the contouring step within the Préime treatment. It uses microcurrent technology, which means very low-level electrical currents are delivered to stimulate the facial muscles. In simple terms, this is the step that helps encourage a more toned, lifted and defined appearance.
This can be especially beneficial around areas such as the jawline, cheeks and eye area, where the face can sometimes begin to look softer or more tired with time. What I like about MicroT is that the effect is subtle and elegant. It is not about changing the face, but about supporting natural definition and helping the skin and underlying muscles look a little more “awake”.
Many of my clients love it when I do one eyebrow and then show them the difference in a mirror.
Collagen+: the firming and plumping phase
Collagen+ uses radiofrequency energy to gently warm the skin. This controlled heat is designed to support the skin’s natural collagen production, which is key to firmness, bounce and structure.
Collagen is one of the proteins that helps skin stay strong and youthful-looking, so when production slows with age, the skin can begin to feel less firm and less resilient. This handpiece is all about supporting that firmer, plumper quality from within.
It is a wonderful step for skin that has started to feel a little softer, thinner or less springy than it once was. The immediate effect is often a fresher and slightly firmer look, while a course of treatments can help support more progressive improvement over time.
This stage is not about harsh intensity. Its actually extremeyl relaxing and feels a bit like the facial equivelent of a hot stone massage.
UltraB: the infusion and nourishment finish
UltraB is the final infusion step. This handpiece uses ultrasound technology to help active ingredients absorb more effectively into the skin. After the skin has been cleansed, exfoliated and prepared, this is the point where exosome or polynucleotide serums can be delivered more efficiently.
Rather than simply sitting on the surface, the serums used have a better chance of reaching the upper layers of the skin where they can make the most difference for skin rejuvenation.
Exosomes that penetrate the upper layers of the skin, are believed to help calm inflammation and support repair, collagen remodelling and skin recovery. Polynucleotides are intended to support hydration, tissue repair and collagen activity, which can help the skin look smoother, more elastic and better conditioned.
Why the Préime works so well
What makes Préime so effective is treatment stacking. AquaB cleanses and resets. VibroX brightens and smooths. MicroT supports lift and contour. Collagen+ focuses on firmness and plumping. UltraB enhances product absorption.
Together, these stages create a facial that is results-driven and beautifully balanced. It addresses more than one concern in a single session, which is why it works so well for skin that is dull, dehydrated, textured, tired or beginning to lose firmness.
Previously you would have had to have at least four separate facial sessions - now you can achieve all the benefits in a single appointment.
It is also one of the easiest advanced facials to appreciate because the logic is so clear: prepare the skin properly, improve the surface, support structure and then finish with hydration and infusion.
