Can I book a repeat appointment online?
Yes! You can book repeat treatments or consultations for most treatments online. For some you need to contact us to ensure we schedule the right appointment time and preparation due to tailored treatment plans. Click here to book!
How do I request a repeat prescription?
Simply complete the repeat prescription form and pay the fee. A team member will confirm once processed.
How do I return a parcel?
To return a parcel, please send it to 32 Alva Street, Edinburgh EH2 4PY with "signed for delivery" and appropriately insured. we can not be held responsible for any loss by couriers.
How do I complain?

- Monday to Tuesday: 10 am to 6pm
- Wednesday to Thursday: 10 am to 7 pm
- Friday: 10 am to 5 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10 am to 5 pm
