Treatment Eligibility and Medical Consent

  • All treatments provided by the clinic are subject to a prior consultation to assess medical history. The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if deemed inappropriate.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you give less than 48 hours' notice or miss your appointment, your deposit, or a treatment from your course, will be deducted. Arriving more than 5 minutes late is also considered a missed appointment. If travel delays you, please call us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you if possible.

Treatment and Package Refunds

In the event of dissatisfaction, the clinic will arrange a review with the practitioner who performed the treatment to address your concerns. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to the Clinical Director for further assessment.

Should the Clinical Director be unable to resolve the issue, the case will be referred to senior management for a comprehensive review.

Treatments

Refunds for treatments will only be considered if the patient has fully participated in the review process with their practitioner, Clinical Director, and senior management.

Packages

Annual Plans and Packages expire after 12 months, with unused treatments non-refundable. Early cancellations are refunded based on treatments preformed at full retail prices, excluding discounts.

Liability Disclaimer

  •  While the clinic follows best practices and ensures all treatments are performed by qualified professionals, no guarantee of specific results is provided due to individual variability in response to treatments.
  • The clinic is not liable for any adverse effects caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions or disclose critical medical information during the consultation.

Data Protection and Privacy

  • Patient information collected during bookings, consultations, or treatments will be handled in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Patient data will be used solely for treatment purposes and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
