Every face and every treatment plan is unique. The prices shown below are starting prices to help you understand the likely cost of treatment.

Medical aesthetic treatments require a face-to-face consultation with a registered clinician - after which you will receive a personalised treatment plan and a clear written quote before deciding whether to proceed. We will only recommend treatment when we believe it is appropriate and beneficial. Sometimes, our honest advice may be that no treatment is appropriate.

We are regulated and inspected by Healthcare Improvement Scotland and accredited by Save Face. In our 2026 inspection, we were graded Exceptional for providing safe, person-centred care.

Why do you charge for a consultation?

So the advice is honest. Your practitioner isn't under pressure to sell you a treatment, and can recommend alternative or that you don't proceed.

Why do prices differ between practitioners?

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of your treatment, the amount and type of product required, and the experience and clinical seniority of your chosen practitioner. Your exact treatment plan and cost will always be explained and confirmed before you decide to proceed.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

No. UK regulation requires face-to-face assessment.

Is my consultation fee deducted from treatment?

Only where this is specifically stated. For all other treatments and courses, the consultation fee is charged separately and is not deducted from your treatment cost.

Is the "from" price what I'll pay?

It's a starting point. Your treatment plan cost is agreed in writing before anything begins. No surprises on the day.

What's your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you give less than 48 hours notice or miss your appointment, your deposit, or a treatment from your course, will be deducted. Arriving more than 5 minutes late is also considered a missed appointment. If travel delays you, please call us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you if possible.

What if I need more than one session?

Course pricing and skincare programmes will be discussed at consultation.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase digital cards online for immediate delivery or presentation packs at the clinic - to find out more visit the gift card section.
