As a Patient Care Coordinator, I'm here to answer all your questions and help arrange your appointments.

When you arrive at the clinic, I strive to create a warm, professional atmosphere to make your visit smooth and enjoyable. And once you’ve had your treatment, I’m on hand to help with any follow-up queries and arrange your review appointment.

Whether it’s your first consultation or a regular visit, I’ll make sure your experience feels seamless, supportive and just a little bit special.

My Favourite Treatment

One treatment I’m especially passionate about is HydraFacial. I had a course of them in the run-up to my wedding last year, and it made such a difference to my skin.

It left me feeling really deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing - just what I needed during such a busy and special time. Having seen the results for myself, it’s a treatment I genuinely love and often recommend.

My Skincare Journey

I am passionate about good skincare which led me to study and complete formal qualifications to deepen my knowledge and support others on their own skincare journeys.

Since incorporating vitamin C into my morning routine, I’ve noticed a huge difference -my skin is brighter, smoother, and looks much more radiant. I also never skip applying my DRVICTORIA™ Safeguard SPF 50 (yes, even in Scotland!).

Outside of Work

In my spare time, I love to read. I’ve set myself a challenge to read 25 books in 2025, and I rate each one out of five - just for fun! I’m also really into running and take part in both half and full marathons. It’s something that keeps me active and gives me a sense of achievement (even on days when I absolutely hate it). When I’m not reading or running, I’m usually spending time with my dog, Peggy. 

Fun Fact

I love Ibiza and I have been every summer for the last 8 years, I even got engaged there! Over the years I’ve slowly transitioned from going to party, to now enjoying the quieter side with a sangria while watching the sunset.

Ashleigh’s Career

Ashleigh brings a wealth of experience from a range of client-facing roles, including private hospitals, gaming studios, and PR agencies. While she enjoyed the variety, her passion for skincare eventually took centre stage.

So, she achieved her VTCT SVQ Level 2 in Skincare Treatments and Level 3 in Electrical Skincare Treatments before joining the DRVICTORIA™ team where she can utilise her skills.
