As a Patient Care Coordinator, I’m the friendly voice and smiling face that welcomes you into the clinic. I’m here to guide you through your journey, from answering your initial questions to helping you feel completely at ease before your appointment.

I love that aesthetics is no longer about “one-size-fits-all.” Whether you love injectables or prefer non-invasive treatments, there’s a perfect option for everyone. From smoother, younger-looking skin to targeting acne scars, the advancements in this industry are incredible. The possibilities are endless, and the confidence boost they bring is amazing to witness!

It’s natural to feel a little nervous about your first visit, but my goal is to make sure that by the time you meet your practitioner, you feel confident, comfortable, and excited about your treatment.

I also manage bookings, reschedule appointments, and help you navigate consultations and treatment options. Think of me as your go-to person for making everything smooth, simple, and stress-free!

Since joining the Dr Victoria team, I’ve developed a deeper understanding of skincare and treatments, and I’ve personally experienced the confidence boost that great skincare can bring!

My absolute favourite? The Hydrafacial! As someone who experiences redness, the Hydrafacial with the redness booster is fantastic for me. The post-treatment glow and the confidence it gives me are priceless!

My next pick? The Keravive hair treatment. It’s pure relaxation, and the results last for weeks - my hair and scalp feel refreshed, super clean, and healthier.

Outside the Clinic

Life is always busy! I run a small business alongside my work at the clinic, so spare time is a luxury! 

But when I do get the chance, you’ll find me making memories with my husband and two daughters (and our two incredibly ungrateful cats).

We love taking quick getaways to our favourite retreat, Arran, or heading to Ireland to visit family. If the weather isn’t on our side, you’ll find us by a roaring fire, battling it out over a lively game of Mah Jong!

I’m also a passionate home cook and collect antique cookery books. It fascinates me to see how our culinary tastes have evolved over the decades. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m nose-deep in an extremely grisly murder novel - the more twisted, the better!

With over 30 years of experience in customer-facing and care roles, Janice built her career around connecting with people. From the luxurious world of 5-star hotel front-of-house service to the skies as an Aer Lingus cabin crew member, and more recently in  receptionist roles.

She's always thrived on delivering exceptional experiences. Engaging with the public is second nature to her, and she truly loves making people feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
