I enjoying working in an industry that is constantly evolving, where change and adaptation are crucial to success. I am always seeking opportunities to improve, analysing data from clinic audits, patient feedback, and team input to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

Whether it's refining operational processes, addressing patient concerns, or identifying new growth opportunities I am committed to the continued success and evolution of our service.

This approach has been essential to the success of our clinic. I take great pride in knowing that our team works together to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Being part of a regulated sector that strives for continuous improvement is something I value deeply. We have consistently passed all HIS inspections, reflecting our unwavering commitment to maintaining these rigorous standards and ensuring our clinic provides the highest level of care.

Life Outside Work

Outside of work, I enjoy:

  • The Great Outdoors: Whether it's exploring new places with my family or taking cold dips with friends.
  • Socialising: Sharing experiences, and creating lasting memories with those close to me.

Fun Fact

This year, I’ve started making my own kombucha, which has become a fun and rewarding way to nurture my passion for personal health.


Susan's Career

With a BA (Hons) Degree in Nursing, and may years in practice, Susan has a solid foundation in clinical practice. In addition for several years she worked as a BUPA manager. Both these past experiences form and integral part to her role as Clinic Manager.
