I understand how discouraging it can feel to look in the mirror and see someone you barely recognize. The changes that come with ageing, especially during menopause, seem to appear overnight, as shifting hormones affect everything from skin and hair to mood, clarity of thought, and energy levels.

Naturally, we wonder how much of our youthful appearance can be restored, how much can be preserved, and how much we can accept as we move forward in our new reality?

I’m Here to Walk Beside You on This Journey.

Together, we will explore what you can do, what goals are achievable, and what you might choose to accept, empowering you to see yourself in a positive light - fully present in life’s picture.

I refuse to let menopause dictate the way I live. Science is constantly evolving, and medical aesthetics stands at the forefront of these breakthroughs - it’s truly remarkable!

I Wear Many Hats

Founder, mother, wife, domestic goddess, professional, runner, sailor, hill walker, singer, and dancer. I am a proud 55-year-old woman embracing life more on my own terms now than ever before.

Two decades ago, I transitioned from reconstructing teeth and caring for healthy mouths (supporting the simple yet profound joys of smiling, eating, speaking, and kissing) into a new frontier of anti-ageing.

Initially, I thought the impact would be similar, but I soon realized it is far greater: our faces convey not just emotions like fatigue or frustration but also our overall health, dietary habits, and even fertility.

Every day, I’m inspired by the incredible women who trust me with their stories - tales of grief, illness, self-compassion, and celebration. You are all remarkable, and it’s an honour to learn from each of you.

I'm a firm believer in the phrase:

“Do what you love, love what you do, and with all your heart give yourself to it.”

What's New?

People often ask me, “What’s new?” And I pause to consider. Is something new always better? Not necessarily. Is more better? Not always. Is a higher price automatically a guarantee of better outcomes? Certainly not. No single treatment can address every change, which is why we sometimes see overly enhanced features when dermal fillers alone are used to treat sagging.

In my clinic, I lead a dedicated team of women who work hard to craft bespoke treatment plans. We collaborate closely with you, respect your pace, and bring knowledge, skill, and empathy to every conversation. We are here for you - please come and talk to us.

As for the aesthetic industry itself, I’m excited by the growing attention toward regenerative, bio-stimulating treatments—like Sculptra®, PRP/F, exosomes, and polynucleotides. These therapies work synergistically to create more natural results and are finally getting the spotlight they deserve.

Getting To Know Me

If you’d like to know more about me, I’m an open book. Candid chats about women’s health are common in my clinic, and laughter is always a welcome guest.

In my spare time, I relish the outdoors - lakes, hills, coasts, farmers’ markets, and vibrant community events. Edinburgh is a fantastic place for all of this.

I often have classical music playing in my clinic room to spark creativity (yes, I’m the one humming along). I also love live music - from big stadium concerts to intimate venues. I’m a devoted fan of early 90s bands - if you happen to have a spare Oasis ticket, you know where to find me!

Sharing a meal, especially with my equally enthusiastic partner, friends, and family - brings me immense joy, as do evenings spent savouring a good wine alongside the uplifting company of remarkable women.

Fun Fact

In 1999, a monk at the Wat Pho temple in Bangkok read my fortune. He foretold a change in my career that would combine my clinical skills with a flair for sculpture. At the time, I didn’t think much of it - but he was right.
